Standing Rib Roast With Horseradish


This gourmet panini filling comprises roasted beef and a horseradish-flavoured sour cream.

  • 1 1 2 kg beef rib eye roast bone in
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 250g tub light sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons parsley chopped
  • 3 teaspoons horseradish cream
  • 300g pkt mini panini rolls pre baked bread

The Instruction of standing rib roast with horseradish

  • preheat oven to 220c or 200c fan forced
  • rub oil salt and pepper into beef place in a baking pan and bake for 15 mins reduce heat to 180c or 160c fan and bake for another 30 mins for rare or until cooked to your liking cover loosely with foil and rest for 15 mins before slicing
  • meanwhile combine sour cream parsley and horseradish cream in a small bowl mix well cover and refrigerate until ready to serve
  • bake panini rolls according to packet directions serve rolls with sliced beef and horseradish sauce
