The ingredient of Fattoush
- 4 large ripe tomatoes diced
- 2 lebanese cucumbers diced
- 4 radishes cut into thin strips
- 1 small red onion finely chopped
- 1 4 cup small mint leaves
- 1 4 cup small flat leaf parsley leaves
- 1 4 cup small coriander leaves
- 2 long pieces pane croccante see notes
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 teaspoons pomegranate molasses or raspberry vinegar see notes
The Instruction of fattoush
- combine tomato cucumber radish onion mint parsley and coriander in a large bowl cover and refrigerate until required
- break bread into pieces and place in a large serving dish spoon salad over just prior to serving drizzle dressing over salad and serve
- to make dressing whisk olive oil lime juice and pomegranate molasses in a jug season with salt and pepper
