- 450g coles australian beef corned silverside
- 1 tablespoon black peppercorns
- 1 brown onion cut into quarters
- 3 flat leaf parsley sprigs
- 1 carrot peeled chopped
- 8 x 2cm thick slices coles bakery stone baked pane di casa loaf
- 40g butter softened
- 8 slices coles tasty cheddar
- 60g pkt coles australian baby rocket
- 1 2 cup 160g corn relish
The Instruction of corned beef fried sandwich
- place the beef in a large heavy based saucepan over medium heat add the peppercorns onion parsley and carrot cover with water bring to the boil reduce heat to low cover and cook for 2 hours or until beef is cooked through set aside in the cooking liquid to cool use 2 forks to shred the beef
- place the bread on a clean work surface spread evenly with butter top half the bread buttered side down with half the cheddar the corned beef rocket relish remaining cheddar and remaining bread slices buttered side up
