  • 500g cauliflower cut
  • 70 g 1 cup finely grated parmesan
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons of tomato paste

  • 80g tomato medley mix halved or sliced
  • 3 small bocconcini torn apart drained on paper towel
