Easy Honeycomb Cake Banana


This beautiful honeycomb banana cake is topped with a cute shock of shards made of bubbles!

The ingredient of Easy Honeycomb Cake Banana

  • 125g butter at room temperature cut
  • 100 g 1 u20442 cup powdered sugar
  • 125 ml 1 u20442 cup milk
  • 2 large bananas mashed well
  • 2 eggs
  • 300 g 2 cups self raising flour
  • 130g of honeycomb cut into pieces
  • 125g white choc melts fade
  • 2 x 250g tubs spreadable cream cheese
  • 60 g 1 u20443 cup icing sugar mixture sifted
  • caramel sauce to drizzle

The Instruction of easy honeycomb cake banana

  • preheat the oven to 180 u00b0 c 160 fan forced grease the base and side of a round 20 cm base measurement cake pan and line with baking paper
  • combine the butter sugar and milk in a large saucepan over medium low heat stir for 3 minutes or until melted and smooth do not boil set aside to cool
  • whisk the bananas and eggs into the butter mixture fold in flour finely chop 50g of the honeycomb and fold in pour into the prepared pan bake in the oven for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean let cool in the pan for 15 minutes turn on a grid allow to cool completely

  • using a wooden spoon beat the cream cheese and icing sugar in a bowl until well combined cut the cake in half horizontally spread with half the frosting top with the remaining cake spread with remaining frosting decorate with choc chips and remaining honeycomb drizzle with the caramel sauce
